Students Partner with Sister Meg Walsh, SNDdeN for Alternative Spring Break

This week, Sister Meg Walsh, SNDdeN welcomed Emmanuel College students choosing an "alternative spring break" of service. The students joined Sister Meg at Justa Center, helping pack and distribute groceries to people who were previously unhoused and have recently moved into homes. They also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in South Phoenix, where they painted a basketball court. Through this experience, students lived the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur mission of making God's goodness known through service to communities in need.
