Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur
2025 Arizona Friends' Appreciation Mass & Luncheon

The Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur hosted 151 friends and Sisters at their 2025 Arizona Friends' Appreciation Mass & Luncheon. The February 23 event at the Arizona Biltmore marked 75 years of ministry in Arizona and commemorated the 20th anniversary of Sister Dorothy Stang's martyrdom.

The celebration began with Mass at 10:00 a.m., followed by a reception at 11:00 a.m. featuring a Mariachi band. At the 11:45 a.m. luncheon, guests gathered to reflect on the Sisters' decades of service in Arizona. The program included a retrospective of the congregation's commitment to education and social justice in the region.

The event brought together supporters, former students, and community partners at the Arizona Biltmore on East Missouri Avenue in Phoenix. This gathering highlighted the Sisters' ongoing dedication to their mission of education and service, continuing the vision of their foundress, St. Julie Billiart.
